1. Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment (or COD if available).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or errors.
2. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days nationwide.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 15 days only in case of damage or fabric issue.
• Products must be unused, unstitched, and in original packaging.
4. Products
• We ensure accurate product details, but minor color/texture differences may occur.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Naqsh Fabrics is not responsible for indirect damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
