At Naqsh Women , we are committed to providing premium quality fabrics. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a fabric issue, you can request a return or exchange under the following terms:
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
• You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged product
• Wrong fabric or color sent
• Fabric defect or quality issue
⚠️ Conditions for Return
• The item must be unused, unstitched, and in its original condition.
• Tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Items that have been stitched, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
💵 Refund Method
• Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
• Refund/exchange will only be initiated after our team inspects and verifies the returned item.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
